As this video illustrates, this is a clean, well-maintained family park.  The dozen or so times we've been there, we've seen fewer than a dozen people enjoying the park with us.

Our boys love to ride their scooters on the paved path that encompasses the park.  Have lunch right next to the playground, volleyball court and tennis courts.
