To the Babysitter: 
The "typical" fee charged by Babysitters in the Lake Tahoe area is $15.00/hour for one to two children.  Families and Babysitters agree upon pay and other terms of employment. (In case you're wondering...we do not take any portion of the money earned by Babysitters.)

For Single Babysitter Referrals:  Families also pay a daily referral fee of $30 to TahoeKidsGuide.com for each Confirmed Date* arranged with a Babysitter.  This fee is paid prior to delivery of the Babysitter's resume. 

Economy Packaging for Babysitter Referrals
We also offer the following economy packages.  Each package is valid for one (1) year and is non-transferrable.  Each package offers a reduction in our $30 single Confirmed Date referral fee. 

• 3 Confirmed Babysitting Dates ($75 = $25 referral fee)
• 5 Confirmed Babysitting Dates ($100 = $20 referral fee)
• 10 Confirmed Babysitting Dates ($150= $15 referral fee)

For Part-Time and Full-Time Nanny Referrals:  Families pay a one-time referral fee of $50 to TahoeKidsGuide.com, prior to receiving the resume of Babysitters seeking long-term employment with a family, either part-time or full-time.

*A "Confirmed Date" is one particular requested date and time that we confirm one Babysitter is available to care for the children of one family.  The one Babysitter is reserved for the one particular family that requested the date and time..
